Back in October, we commissioned a series of three short videos with each of the chefs taking part in our Mazi Mas pop ups, part of the inaugural Yam Yam Festival.
Mazí Mas is a roaming restaurant that creates employment opportunities for migrant and refugee women whilst bringing the best of authentic home cooking to the London public. For the Albany, they hosted three special dinners, themed around The Philippines, Ethiopia and Brazil respectively.
